Catalogue decapod and stomatopod crustaceans of Perú

Abstract

 A total of 403 species of decapod and 15 species of stomatopod have registered for the sea, coasts and continental Peruvian waters. For effect of El Niño, 16 species of decapod (3.97%) have expanded their range to Perú. At present, only Peru has collected 23 species of decapod (5.71%) and 2 species of stomatopods (13.33%). It provides information on taxonomy, geographic distribution and Peruvian localities generally, habitat and common names.
